Orange is proud to support the Europa Film Treasures project and thus contribute to safeguarding European film heritage, making it available for a wide audience to (re)discover.
Orange also supports cinematographic creation as a partner for major film events like the Cannes Film Festival and the Orange British Film Awards. Orange participates in all stages of a film's lifespan, from production to its release in cinemas and digital distribution on TV screens, computers and cell phones.
LVT, a world leader in subtitling for the past 20 years, is combining its own passion for cinema with that of Lobster Films in a fabulous adventure: the Treasures of the European Archives. Thanks to LVT's technical expertise in subtitling and multimedia, allied with Lobster Films' own know-how, these fascinating works, which constitute nothing less than our European cinematographic heritage, will now be made available to a wide public.
To reflect on a streaming and passband architecture for film broadcasting, to find and configure a player enabling films to be broadcast with an optimal quality for the Internet, to devise the technical solution offering a choice of subtitles, to imagine a way of transmitting this fine project to the web: such are the missions we have accepted at Europa Film Treasures, as the technical partner to Lobster Films. And which we will continue to address tomorrow.
